Deposit policy

To guarantee your reservation a deposit of 25% from the total amount of all nights & villas is required at the time of booking.

Prices stipulated include

  • One Bedroom Villa: max. 2 adults
  • Two Bedroom Villa: max. 4 adults

Each additional person will be charged accordingly

  • Children 0 - 3 years: free of charge
  • Children 4 - 12 years: 25 EUR / person & night
  • Children from 13 years, adults: 50 EUR / person & night

Any type of extra bed or baby cot is upon request and needs to be confirmed by Villas de Jardin.

Monday - Friday: 8 - 12 AM & 2 - 4 PM
Saturday: 8 - 11 AM
Sunday: on request

Max. occupancy

  • One Bedroom Villa: max. 4 persons (2 fixed beds + 2 extra beds)
  • Two Bedroom Villa: max. 7 persons (4 fixed beds + 3 extra beds)

The price includes VAT, free welcome package, complimentary parking, free use of outdoor swimming pool, coffee & tea facilities and free internet access.

Check-in time: from 2 PM
Check-out time: before 10 AM

Cancellation conditions

If the reservation is cancelled:

  • more than 30 days prior to arrival: 10% administration fee will be charged
  • less than 30 days prior to arrival: 25% cancellation fee will be charged
  • less than 3 days prior to arrival or in case of no show: 100% cancellation fee will be charged
  • non-refundable rate cancelled at any time after booking: 100% cancellation fee will be charged
